QUESTIONS ABOUT BOOKING AN INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHER

Wondering how I work? Here’s a quick breakdown of my process, pricing, and what to expect when booking interior photography in NYC. If you don’t see your question below, feel free to contact me here

  • The quickest way to get started is by filling out the contact form on my website — just a few quick details about your project, timeline, and location help me respond efficiently. You’re also welcome to email me directly if you prefer.

From there, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick call and begin putting together a custom estimate. Whether you're planning a shoot for a single space or a multi-day project, I'm happy to walk you through next steps.

  • Initial Call
Once you reach out, I’ll schedule a brief phone or video call to learn more about your space, your goals, and the type of coverage you’re looking for. It’s a chance to align on creative direction and logistics.

    Estimate & Booking
After our call, I’ll send a custom estimate based on your project’s scope. Once the estimate is approved and signed, I’ll reserve the shoot date on my calendar.

    Shoot Day
Every shoot is tailored. For some projects, I’ll work solo with a minimal gear setup to stay agile. For others, I may bring lighting equipment, a digital tech, an assistant, or a professional stylist — all agreed upon and budgeted for ahead of time. I also offer styling guidance if needed to help each shot feel refined and intentional.

    Post-Production & Delivery
After the shoot, I professionally edit each image to ensure color accuracy, clarity, and consistency. You’ll receive a curated gallery of final images within 5–7 business days, delivered in high-resolution and ready to use.

  • Every project is a little different, so I provide custom quotes based on the type of shoot, image count, and intended usage. Most interior photography sessions fall into either half-day or full-day pricing. Rates include professional editing, photo licensing, and a private gallery for download.

Standard licensing covers use for your own marketing, website, and social media. If you're working with third parties (like architects, designers, or publications), I’m happy to extend or split licensing as needed — just let me know so I can tailor the estimate.

  • From light-filled brownstones in Brooklyn to modern commercial offices in Manhattan, I work with thoughtfully designed spaces of all kinds. My focus includes residential interiors, and commercial product photography.

  • Yes — while primarily working in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and nearby areas like Jersey City and Hoboken, I frequently shoot in New Jersey and throughout the Hudson River Valley. But I love to travel, so my kit and I can be just about anywhere, with a small travel fee depending on the location.

  • Absolutely. I offer light styling as part of every shoot. Things like adjusting pillows, art, florals, and surface styling to make your space feel cohesive and camera-ready. For more involved staging, I can bring in a professional stylist (included in your estimate if needed).

  • Yes! I work with interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, and homeowners across New York City. Whether it’s a cozy Brooklyn brownstone or a sleek Manhattan office, I approach every project with an experienced eye for light, composition, and design.

  • I recommend reaching out at 2–4 weeks in advance if possible. Spring and fall tend to book quickly, especially for residential shoots. That said, if you’re on a tight timeline, I’m always happy to see if I can fit you in.

  • Clear surfaces, fresh florals, and thoughtful styling go a long way. I always recommend tidying up, removing clutter, and making the space feel lived-in but intentional. I’m happy to offer prep guidance in advance, and light styling on set is always part of my process. If you need a stylist or additional support, we can scope that into the estimate.

  • Yes! In addition to interiors, I work with product-based brands in the home, lifestyle, and design spaces. Whether it's a standalone product shoot or styled product images within a real space, I create visuals that are clean, intentional, and aligned with your brand aesthetic.

  • All standard shoots include a usage license for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes — perfect for interior designers, architects, real estate pros, and brand owners looking to promote their work. If you'd like to share the images with collaborators or feature them in publications, just let me know and I’ll customize the licensing accordingly.
